How to Use This Form
If you have logged on to the Student Center website before and have provided us with your email address, then you can use this form to have your password sent to you via email. Simply enter your email address and click the "Send My Password" button. A message containing your password will be sent to you.
If you have not logged in before, please review the Welcome Letter that was sent to you. The letter contains your password.
If you do not have your Welcome Letter, please contact the American School's Customer Relations Department at customerrelations@americanschool.org. Include your full name and student number in your email, and indicate whether you need a new student password, a new guarantor password, or both. If you are a counselor or other school official, please send an email to the above email address and include your name and the name and location of your school. Your new password(s) will be mailed to you within one business day, and you should receive them in the mail within 5-10 days.
